Refund Period

Refund requests must be made within 5 days of the payment date. Also, refund requests will only be accepted if you have used less than 30% of the credits based on the current plan. Requests made after this period or violating the usage conditions will not be eligible for a refund.

• If the refund period has expired.
• If you have used more than 30% of the credits based on your current plan.
• If you fail to use the service during the subscription period
